We are adding partial support for run and swim workouts – training stress score from these activities is now reflected in your Weekly Training Load and Form & Fitness charts. Runs and Swims will also show up in your Calendar, and we will be releasing more swimming and running-related analytics.

It will help you to spot any significant above-average efforts, and it's a great representation of the unique aspects of your rides (e.g. higher Normalized Power or unusually high Elevation Gain). You will find this chart on the Activity Detail page on the web and in our mobile apps.

Up until now, FormBeat had support for the analysis of "Virtual Rides" only. With this update, all indoor cycling activities can be imported and analyzed.
The map in Activity Detail now includes an option to visualize Power, Heart rate, Speed, Elevation, or Grade to easily recognize the toughest segments of your ride!
We have improved laps and interval analysis – it's even easier to compare efforts across each of the laps. This feature is available for all newly uploaded activities.
